The Company Has One More Integrated Ethanol complex under the process of Erection at Rajuri Junnar Pune Which is likely to be in production since October 2024 Also the Promotors have Two stock Market listed Companies That’s one Nidan Laboratories and Healthcare ltd. On NSE AND Pradh in ltd On BSE Main board also San Trica ltd is a Company under the process of listing on BSEAlso, JSL has squad a sugar plant at Mandvi – Surat (Gujarat) Which is getting operational on 1^st Nov 2023

History – this project was originally started as Mandvi Co-operative sugar factory as a Co-operative Factory In 2014. The unit was started as a High-tech Unit with all modern technology Incorporated in It Including all planetary gearbox etc. which was Supplied by a Renowned sugar plant supplier of India is Sitson India Ltd. After successful Installation of the plant & machinery the unit was runned with its full capacity for Sugar Production For the first season in 2014 -15. But unfortunately, the Consortium of Financing Bank had Raised some issue about some Financial Irregularities because of which bank took possession the assets and after completion of legal formalities did Auction of the plant and land.

Current Status: After Acquisition by JSL the Mandvi plant is modernised with complete refurbishment and is getting in operational with full capacity by Nov 2023

Future of the plant: Considering the ideal location for sugar plant with more than adequate availability of sugarcane, the management has planned the expansion of plant with increase in crushing capacity as well as addition of all allied products like ethanol, CBG, Biofertilizers and cattle feed etc

The raw material Is available for the present capacity as well as Expansion in future.

Market For Finished Product:

The Location is Very Near for Domestic market as well as port for Export of sugar.

Junnar Sugar Limited is located in one of the progressive sugar belts at Mandvi in Surat District of Gujrat the command area of the proposed sugar plant reportedly has adequate irrigation facilities & potential for sustained cane supply to the sugar mill. The Location of Sugar Factory is so Unique & Ideal Considering the required Sugarcane Availability in the Vicinity of 5 kms & also Quite Convenient for Commuting as its just 7 kms from National Highway But still isolated in the lap of Mountain.

As the plant is ready Hence will be Functional In the upcoming season of sugar cane Harvesting as the plant serving process plan is already Executed. While a traditional project needs a minimum of 18 to 24 months to execute the production.
